1. Initial contact without obligation

The owner contacts us to express his interest in selling discreetly. We explain how our system works and address his questions.

1. Contact and profile analysis

The buyer contacts us and we have a brief interview to understand what type of property they are looking for, their current situation, and whether they have financing available. 

2. Collection of property information

We request the key details: location, features, condition, desired price, and some photographs. It is not necessary to prepare advertisements or open the process to the entire market. 


2. Preliminary financial study

 
If you do not have financing yet, we will put you in touch with our partner entities to obtain a realistic estimate of your purchasing capacity. Only once validated, you can access the system.



3. Internal dissemination to filtered buyers

We share the property exclusively with our base of buyers who have pre-approved financing. It is only offered to individuals who can buy and are actively looking. 



3. Access to filtered properties

With the financing confirmed, enter our Off Market database and start receiving alerts for properties that match your profile and budget, before they are published on portals. 

4. Organized Visit Day

We scheduled just one day to show the property. We organized visits with interested and qualified buyers to minimize interruptions and save time.

We schedule visits only to properties that are truly relevant to him. We organize them efficiently and ensure that the buyer's time is well spent. 

5. Closing of the operation

We take care of the entire process up to the signing, with no commissions or costs for the owner. We only work with real and motivated buyers.

Compartimos la propiedad exclusivamente con nuestra base de compradores con financiación preaprobada. Solo se ofrece a personas que pueden comprar y que estén buscando activamente.

4. Día de visitas organizadas  

Concertamos un solo día para mostrar la vivienda. Organizamos las visitas con los compradores interesados y cualificados para minimizar interrupciones y ahorrar tiempo.

5. Cierre de la operación

Nos encargamos de todo el proceso hasta la firma, sin comisiones ni costes para el propietario. Solo trabajamos con compradores reales y motivados.

Compradores

El comprador nos contacta y mantenemos una breve entrevista para entender qué tipo de propiedad busca, su situación actual y si dispone de financiación.

2. Estudio financiero previo

Si aún no tiene financiación, lo ponemos en contacto con nuestras entidades colaboradoras para obtener una estimación realista de su capacidad de compra. Solo una vez validada, accede al sistema.

3. Acceso a propiedades filtradas

Con la financiación confirmada, entra en nuestra base de datos Off Market y empieza a recibir avisos de propiedades que encajan con su perfil y presupuesto, antes de que se publiquen en portales.

4. Visitas y acompañamiento personalizado

Concertamos las visitas solo a propiedades realmente relevantes para él. Las organizamos de forma ágil y nos aseguramos de que el tiempo del comprador se invierta bien.

5. Negociación y cierre seguro

Asesoramos al comprador en cada fase de la operación: desde la oferta hasta la firma en notaría. Negociamos en su nombre y le acompañamos hasta el final del proceso.
